More about the gameplay observed:
2) When your spell caster casts an area of effect spell (for example, firestorm), a large, template-like icon (think, "magic circle") appears that you then place down where you want the spell to take effect. This allows for much better placement of area of effect spells.
3) The NWN radial menu is gone, being replaced with a more intuitive context-sensitive, multi-level drop-down menu. (To me, this seems much more functional than the radial menu.)
4) This is not new news, but you are able to take control of the characters in your party. This reminded me of the Infinity Engine games (and Feargus even referred to it in this manner). You can pause the game, take control of a character, queue up actions, then unpause the game and watch each character execute the assigned actions.
5) Although it is probably not new news, you are able to "keyboard drive" your character.
6) Characters always receive maximum hit points when they level up.
