[b]Maximum Hit Points at Level Up[/b]: Probably the 'hot topic' of the week. The discussion started here and continues in the link above.

It is my understanding, after reading some recent discussion here, that the decision has been made to give all PCs maximum hit points at level up. I must confess that this choice has me dismayed but I can also understand why it was done.

What I would like to know is what options I, as a builder, have to change this?

There was, at one point, discussion of having an .ini setting that would determine if hit points were rolled, automatic average or maximum. Based on the server/game operators taste. Indications in the latest comments from the devs seem to be that this is not going to be the case. Is that accurate?

I spent a little time today typing up every racial description from the pictures I took at Gen-Con. This might make it easier to find what you're looking for instead of searching for the right photograph.
