World Of Warcraft: UPDATE: Realms with Missing Characters

Don't fret, all your hard work isn't gone! Just ask Tseric:

We are currently investigating blank character lists on a couple of realms. While we look into this, it would be advisable not to create new characters, as this can only serve to complicate matters, not resolve them.

I'll update on this when I have more to relay.

UPDATE 5:31 PM PDT - The investigation of this matter is still ongoing. All database information appears to be intact, so any characters created within the window of this issue will not be permanent and do not reflect any loss of character data. This is more of an issue of client/server communication, not a matter of data loss or corruption. Will update when we know more.

UPDATE 5:50 PM PDT - We have found the root issue and are resolving the matter. The realms are being brought down to facilitate this and we will bring them up again shortly thereafter. Again, no character data has been lost.
