World Of Warcraft: New WoW Expansions Every Year, Says Blizzard

File this one under the "No Wai!" folder. During an exclusive GamesIndustry.biz interview with Blizzard COO (that's "Chief Operating Officer" for you non-corporate types) Paul Sams goes on record stating that Blizzard plans to offer new expansions to World of Warcraft every 12 months, this, following the release of The Burning Crusade:

Starting with The Burning Crusade, every year thereafter we plan on bringing out a new expansion set - so every 12 months.
