Vanguard: Sigil Employee Spotlight

It looks like the Sigil Employee Spotlight is shining on Dave Forrest. He's actually one of the fine people from Sigil that I had a chance to meet at E3--he's also the guy who provided an awful lot of the information I used for the Psionist and Necromancer articles.
