7 Million Gamers Addicted to WoW Worldwide

At the Austin Game Conference, representatives from Blizzard Entertainment announced that the MMO juggernaut had no intention of slowing down anytime soon. There are now 7 million people in the various realms of Azeroth, from all corners of the world: Korea and China, to Oceania and America, to all those crazy little European countries. Even though there aren't any real challenges to Blizzard's proverbial 500-pound gorilla, the numbers attained are simply staggering.

With The Burning Crusade looming on the horizon, Blizzard's future looks mighty bright.
