Neverwinter Nights 2: NWN 2 DELAYED

According to this forum post from Maximus:

It's finally here! We're very pleased to re-launch NWVault ready to support Neverwinter Nights 2 with a host of new features that we hope will make browsing both games easy. You've probably notice the new look of the site(you may have to clear your cache), which also includes a new navigation system, a new feature area, links to filter news, and a ton of new file sections.
