City Of Heroes: Halloween Peek

Some nosey City of Heroes players have found a curious new contact in the Rogue Isles and Paragon City. These mystery contacts seem to be preparation for an upcoming Halloween event next month. Perhaps even better, the reward the contacts hint at giving out seem to be none other than an additional costume slot. This slot would be in addition to the four players can currently get and thus allow for a total of five costume slots per character.
