Asherons Call: Real (Revisited) Dereth

I think I'm getting the hang of this Real Dereth thing. I think I've even figured out how to get some of the new ToD locations converted, so that I can create some 'real' pictures of the Viamontian controlled islands. I'm also trying to get the old, dead links in Ganzor's old column updated, but I'm having some trouble.
