Horizons: Horizon's Journal #21

IGN has posted the 21st Horizons Journal today... This one focuses on Gnomes, Elves, and Half-Giants.

This journal describes three more of the nine Living Races. I have once again excerpted heavily from the encyclopedia of Istaria and credit Shawn Carnes with his contributions to growing this source of continuity for the Horizons project. It is our intention to provide many in-game opportunities to learn more about the histories of the races of Istaria, as well as to allow players to shape the future histories of each race.
