Dungeons And Dragons Online: Can't connect to DDO?

It appears there are some connection troubles going around, so you're not alone. What little we know points to it being an issue with Adelphia customers. According to Sporkfire:

Sporkfire: I just checked with Ops, and the issue does seem specific to Adelphia customers.
Sporkfire: I am sure that their operations team is on it. We reported it, and I am sure others did as well.

Update: Some users are reporting things are back to normal, so the issue may be fixed.
