WoW: Non-Burning-Crusaders Stuck at 60

Well, I don't know if anyone honestly expected differently. And if you WERE able to level to 70 but couldn't go to Outland... well, have fun grinding the same mobs for 10 very long levels with no quests and very little XP due to the level difference. But anyway, Blizzard rep Nethaera confirms that you will, in fact, need to purchase The Burning Crusade to make it to level 70.

...is ANYBODY surprised?
