World Of Warcraft: Talent reset with TBC

Nethaera tells us a bit of info about the talent reset when TBC comes out:

As mentioned before, when The burning Crusade comes out, due to the number of changes all talents will be reset. However. Players will not have their respec costs diminished after that first free respec.

Players will still need to rely on the cost decay timer to get cheaper respecs in future.
