Horizons: An impressive customer support?

Just wanted to share a quick story from Tazoon.com that says a lot about Artifact Entertainment.

Last week, someone currently in deployment in Kosovo emailed asking if Horizons used a specific port range as there is a range the military closes for security reasons. AC 1 and 2 are examples of games that use these ports. Well, that email was forwarded to AE, which was in turn forwarded to the appropriate people and in a matter of hours the problem was resolved. I think AE deserves some credit for fixing this so quickly. They could have just sat on the problem or ignored it altogether but instead they decided to take action and quickly mind you. Did I mention that this was also on a Sunday?? All I can say is keep up the great work AE.

PS. if anyone from AC 1 or 2 is reading this please adjust your port usage! :)
