World Of Warcraft: Blood Elf Mount?

I've been getting a lot of questions about the Blood Elf and Draenei mounts. Well, I haven't actually seen them yet, but I saw this Blood Elf NPC wandering around today on what looks like a Chocobo.

So, possible Blood Elf mount? I think so.
