• Please note: while you will be receiving accurate XP for encounters in the Menechtarun desert, the XP won't be displayed in your XP scorecard. It will, however, be displayed in the usual chat-box message and in DM text feedback.
• In the Sands of Menechtarun, if you complete a dungeon and then leave the dungeon via the exit (instead of clicking recall/finish), when you later recall out of the Sands of Menechtarun you will possibly end up in the Harbor instead of Zawabi's Refuge.
• Ranged combat (especially repeating crossbows) - the animation of firing an arrow and the actual hit registered against the opponent (a damage number over the opponent's head) can become desynched by up to several seconds. This can result in the appearance of continuing to attack another target after targets have been switched, and can make it appear like arrows are firing, but hits are not registering. Spam clicking the attack button can cause this to happen in a very pronounced way.
• The typing in the chat box can get you into a state where you may be unable to use any mouse button clicks in the main game window. You won't be able to attack, select targets, double-click to interact with items, or use keyboard keys that are bound to actions. Pressing the ESC key, hitting ENTER, or clicking on another UI element (the focus orb, for instance) should get you back into a normal state.
• Tavern regeneration functioning intermittently. If you enter a tavern and there is no regeneration, or if you consume food/drink in a tavern and there is no regeneration, you should log out and then log back in again which should fix the problem.
• After a monster has already been charmed and the first charm wears off, the monster will continue to attack you if you attempt to charm it again.
• Phinnian Barkbow, the NPC that accepts Outsider tokens, is experiencing some issues.

  If you have enough Outsider tokens to choose a reward you will find that:
  

  • There will be a long list of items, which will most likely contain dupes.
  • If you close the reward list without selecting something, he'll charge you more Outsider tokens to see it again.
  Therefore, you should not close Phinnian's reward list without taking something. If you accidentally close the list you will have to pay to see the list again.
• When you reach the necessary amount of Free Agent favor, Capshaw the Crier will send you to Jaidene Forgemaiden who is supposed to then offer you an expert repair option, however she will only offer her regular repair services even when you have the correct amount of favor.
• Auction House
  
  • Items that you have used the "Buyout" option for currently count against your maximum active bids for a very short time. This means that if you have 20 active bids and decide you want to buyout one of the items that you have an active bid on, it will not work. To avoid this, you should try to keep your active bids down to 19 so if you choose to buy something out, the buyout will succeed.
  • Auctions that you were outbid on still count against your maximum active bids.
  • Auctions that have completed (either the time ran out or the item was bought) are not removed from your current Bids list until you log off and back in.
  • The UI does not recognize an item selection if you click on the item icon or directly on the item name text even though it will appear that it does.
  • There is no visual feedback when you place a bid on an item.
  • The buttons that allow you to change from one page to another within an item search don't always work.
    
• Other players cannot see your tumble animations.
• If you use the Hide UI option and then turn the UI back on, the two PVP windows (Match Statistics and Match Queue) will now be showing and you won't be able to close the Match Queue window. Logging out and logging back in will fix this.
• Stoneskin and Protection from Energy spells only last 1 minute per level, but the descriptions still say 10 minutes per level.
• There is an item of Marilith raid loot, the Staff of Arcane Power, that is currently class restricted to Wizards only. This will be expanded to all arcane casters (Wizards, Sorcerers, and Bards) in the next major update and will be a retroactive change.
• Anabelle d'Jorasco is missing her mapnote. She is located next to the patron favor NPC Rhialle "Blossom" d'Jorasco in House Jorasco.
• NEW - If you open the map while you are in Mouselook mode, when you close the map your mouse buttons might not work. Hit the "T" key twice to rectify this problem.

Known Issues from the Release Notes

• Ice Storm is not creating a slippery surface, nor is it slowing enemy monsters.
• There still are no recurring saves for sleep spells (Sleep and Deep Slumber).
• Sneak attacks are not working properly on dazed players.
• Docents are still not appearing 100% of the time.
• The Duergar survey crew is still respawning in the Black Anvil Forest.
• Summoned monsters are not appearing at the spellcaster's location.
• Chill Touch is doing an incorrect amount of damage.
• Cult of the Six: The Libram of the Six is still dropping upon exit.
• Tomes and manuals cannot be destroyed in combat, however they still cannot be repaired.
