Final Fantasy: New and Improved PlayOnline Membership Section

Today, PlayOnline introduced the new Membership Section within the PlayOnline Launcher. Here's the latest news about it.

Dear PlayOnline Members:

Along with the updates to our user interface, we have updated the agreements, policies, and guidelines that govern your PlayOnline membership and use of the various PlayOnline services.

The purpose of the updates are, in large part, to clarify the terms and conditions governing our relationship. Before using any of the PlayOnline services, we strongly encourage you to review the agreements, policies, and guidelines and understand the terms and conditions. You should note that, by maintaining your PlayOnline membership and using the various PlayOnline services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept the terms and conditions set forth in the updated agreements, policies, and guidelines.

You can refer to these agreements, policies, and guidelines at anytime by going to the "PlayOnline Plus" section of the "Extras" or the "Rules & Policies" sections within the PlayOnline viewer. They are also available in the "Service & Support" section of www.playonline.com.

The "Membership" section of Service & Support, where you can review your personal account information and Content IDs, has been vastly improved for your convenience.

Some of the improved functions include:

- PlayOnline ID and password can be saved for easier access to the registration system.

- Content IDs can be purchased without entering registration codes.

- Multiple Content IDs can be purchased at once.

- And for the best of all, you can now purchase, cancel and reactivate Content IDs from "Membership" section.

Please be advised that the following functions are unavailable in the new PlayOnline Membership section. We are currently working to reinstate these functions.

- The new total monthly fee does not appear after purchasing Content ID(s) from the "Membership" section of the "Service & Support."

- The ability to review billing records for the past 6 months may not be available at this time.
