World Of Warcraft: Racials, quests and wipes

I was just wondering if Blizzard has realesed the racial talents of the 2 new races for BC. havent heard anything about it but I might have missed it

You have missed it. The Draenei racials are as follows:

Gemcutting - Jewelcrafting skill increased by 5.

Gift of the Naaru - Heals the target of X damage over 15 seconds. 40 yd range, 1.5 sec cast, 3 minute cooldown. X = 50 at level 1, 1100 at level 70.

Heroic Presence (passive) - Increases chance to hit by 1% for you and all party members within 30 yards.

Shadow Resistance - Shadow Resistance increased by 10.

The Blood elf racials are:

Mana Tap - Activate to drain 50 mana from your target and charge yourself with arcane energy for 10 min. This effect stacks up to 3 times. 30 second cooldown. Scales with level.

Arcane Torrent - Activate to silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 seconds. In addition, you gain 20 Energy / 12 Mana for every charge of Mana Tap currently affecting you. Scales with level. (Given values indicative of a level 1 character. At level 70, Arcane Torrent gives 161 Mana for each charge. Energy amounts do not scale with level.)

Arcane Affinity - 15 point skill bonus to Enchanting (note, this also raises the cap by 15 at each level of enchanting).

Magic Resistance - Increase all Resistances by 5.

Needless to say, the blood elf racials require a bit of extra work, but they can be lifesavers at times. The Draenei racials are pretty nifty for the non-healers, but who can't use an extra semifree hot?

When Burning Crusade comes out will there be new quests added to the games for all the levels or just those for the new lands and races?

There won't be any new quests in Tarrens, Blackrock Mountain or similar places. There is only new content in outland, the new starting zones for draenei and blood elf, and the broken Tower of Karazhan in Deadwind Pass.

In TBC are your characters that you leveled (Jayne(z) 67 mage for example) exist in Live?

No, all betachars exist only on the beta servers and will be wiped. It's just like the public test realms - whenever they close the server, they wipe the plate and delete all chars.
