The City of Heroes Trick or Treat Contest is soon to be coming to a close as the deadline is only a week away on Wednesday November 15th. Winners of the contest will recieve full copies of City of Heroes and City of Villains with those who already own both eligible to recieve timecards. For information on the contest, click here.
