At the following time, we will be performing PlayOnline registration server maintenance.

During this time, users will receive an error message when attempting to register or unsubscribe PlayOnline accounts, review or update member information, or review, purchase, cancel, or reactivate Content IDs.

Also the PlayOnline Information Center will be unable to provide the following services during the maintenance:

- Reissuing PlayOnline passwords
- Recovery of deleted characters
- Other processes that require confirmation of customer information
