Samera has said the word that Risia will be open this weekend:

Thursday, January 11th - The live worlds will come down for a maintenance update. During this time Risia will be open for play with last week's data. We will not have changed Risia at all from when it came down on Monday, but we encourage you to use this time to play on Risia and give us feedback, or to use this time to download the Risia client.

Friday, January 12th - morning - Risia will be brought down for an update and then brought back up again. This update will include fixes and improvements over last week's version.

Friday, January 12th - Sunday January 14th - Risia will be online all weekend for play. We encourage you to check out the new quests/monsters and give us your feedback.

Monday, January 15th - Risia will be closed.
