Vanguard: Euro server status

This just in from Sigil on the Euro servers:

Euro servers should be up and locked in about 25-30 minutes. Once that has happened we can just unlock them and folks can start logging in again.

The reason they have been down is just some logistical issues with having the servers in Amsterdam rather than here in San Diego. Folks want servers located in Europe, but they want us to be able to work with them as if they were in San Diego. Its a balancing act, and it takes some time to perfect.

Fortunately, you should all be pleased to know that the European servers are also going to be upgraded at the end of the weekend (4am Monday, Amsterdam time). So at the very least, there's that.
