Bug Fixes

* Patcher 1.72: Implemented workaround for malfunctioning patch server when resuming file downloads.
* Patcher 1.72: Fixed sometimes having to hit cancel twice when aborting a patch.
* Your target should no longer keep automatically "de-selecting" when clicking on enemies beyond certain distances.
* Fixed bug where variance on some quest rewards was displaying incorrectly.
* Fix to elites having incorrect hp.
* Fix for skybox appearing black sometimes in the first map after you log in with a character.

Changes

* Outposts and obelisks only give experience at Level 60.
* Values changed for various consumables (mostly heal kits).
