Bug Fixes
* Fixed a bug with defense bonus on some vehicle armor causing mobs to be VERY tough.
* Fixed a bug where clicking on a loot-link could cause various problems.
* A fix was made to counteract effects of super-high armor defense in high level enemy vehicles.
* Armor that has innate Deflection bonuses will now display the added Deflection in the rollover.
* Fixed the discrepancy between the skill damage displayed and the damage actually being done.
* Changed how speed boost works a little bit. If you have a negative boost, instead of decreasing your vehicle's torque by that amount, we now instead just lower the speed cap of that vehicle. This should fix problem situations where the boost might be -20% but due to the influence of torque on the vehicle may have amounted to as much as a 50% decrease. This should also make heavy vehicles less prone to being unable to climb hills with any negative boost. In short: vehicle's top speed should always reflect the actual boost value, now.
* The turret piece should now correctly appear attached to the vehicles in stores.
* Several changes have been made to the Tinkering rollover description:
o It no longer mentions a chance to destroy the item upon failure.
o The stats at the bottom now correctly report a bonus to tinkering a slot open rather than a bonus to applying a gadget.
o Those stats now correctly display a 4% bonus per point of tinkering skill rather than 2%.
* Passive skills that pulse their effect (like the auto-repair enhancement on equipment) will skip the first pulse now.
* If you have a full cargo and an item in your hand when you transfer between zones, the game will attempt to place it in your locker instead. If that's full too, it will make an attempt to equip it if you don't already have something equipped in that location.
* Added the /disband command for leaving your current convoy.
