Foundations is currently in Open Beta on the Pendragon test server. If you want to copy your character over to the test server to try out many things including Foundations, you'll need to understand the demon that is /charcopy. Remember when you copy your character over your inventory, and vault will be wiped. You will also have access to a Full Respec (Realm, and Skill).
