Canada To Weigh In On Net Neutrality

Yahoo! News has a story up on net neutrality and how my home and native land (Canada) has become an important part of the debate. According to reports online, the Canadian Minister of Industry's advisors are in favor of a system that would allow ISPs to give faster connection speeds to those who pay more for the service. The fear in the debate, which has been raging in the USA, is that regular users would become second class citizens online.
