Turbine, Inc. is seeking highly dedicated, knowledgeable, and motivated Senior Game Masters (GM) to provide player assistance for our Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Games (MMORPG) including Asheron's Call®, Dungeons & Dragons® Online, and The Lord of the Rings® Online. Senior Game Masters will be responsible for providing in-game help through a variety of service tools to players who require assistance. SGMs will investigate, document, and keep up-to-date with game issues in order to provide a quality troubleshooting and resolution response. SGMs will also be responsible for documenting case work as required.
