Welcome to Game Update 32, and the new Kingdom of Sky Achievements System. In this mini-guide, we'll touch on the changes that have occured within this update and how you can use those changes to your benefit.

First, let's take a quick look at a comparison between the old system and the new:

OLD system (pre-Update 32):

[li]You had to spend a total of 16 points in a single line to unlock the final master level achievement, which cost 8 points to purchase. Total cost: 24 points
[li]In order to unlock a non-master level achievement, you had to spend 4 points in the previous achievement.
[li]To unlock the final achievement, you had to purchase all four achievement within a line.

New system (Starting today):

[li]You have to spend a total of 22 points in a single line to unlock the final master level achievement, which costs 2 points to purchase. Total cost: 24 points
[li]In order to unlock a non-master level achievement, you have to spend 4 points in the previous achievement.
[li]To unlock the final achievement, you have to purchase only the first three achievements (provided you spend at least 22 points between them), allowing you to skip the fourth achievement in a line if you so desire.

What This Means

If you had not purchased any master level achievements prior to the update:
Since the only change in this update was to the costs to unlock and purchase master level achievements, this change won't affect you if you did not have any master level achievements prior to the update. You should be able to simply re-spend the points exactly as you did previously, without any detrimental effects whatsoever.

If you had a master level achievement prior to the update:
Previous to Update 32, if you wanted to purchase a master-level achievement from the Kingdom of Sky general class tree, you had to tie up 8 points in just that achievement. Now, you're able to spend more of your points on actual achievements, instead of tying them up in just one.

For example, if previous to the update, you had spent 4-4-4-4-8 in a single line, you'll now have to spend 4 more points in the line itself, and only 2 points in the actual ability. You might end up with a line that now looks like 4-4-6-8-2, 4-8-4-6-2, 4-6-6-6-2 or any of a number of combinations that work out to 22+2.

A note on Echoes of Faydwer class-specific achievements:
This update does not affect the costs with the new class specific achievements. It only affects the general class tree achievements from the Kingdom of Sky expansion.
