In the growing anticipation for the imminent Update 4 release in the few days ahead, Zzyn release new changes tot he Public Test Server. The changes deal mainly with Human and Mutant skills in addition to a complete overhaul to Pet attributes.
Overall the balancing act is getting very near to completion for the U4 release, and what will remain is squashing the minor-but-important bugs.

-Hardened Lacquer given damage add to corrosive weapons, removed accuracy with corrosive component
-Hazardous Cleansing should now cleanse an enemy in a very hazardous way, duration of debuff decreased due the hazardousness of it
-Blood Spike should now be spiking in a very spikey manner
-Corrected text on Hostile Environment Training to indicate previous changes
-Intel brief skill descriptions corrected to reflect that lieutenants can cast the skill on themselves or their pets.
-Changed the power return on Overload Reception to remove possible exploit. Power cost changed as well
-Corrected skill description on Phase Induction
-Blood Affinity should now work correctly
-Players vehicles that stay invisible for an extended period of time, as in staying in hazard mode for the entire length, will no longer be removed from convoy's after reappearing. [this is the 'blue' convoy member bug]
-The selection in the auction house's first filter item box for race items has been taken out and race items can be found in the sub category box under items.
-Remaining Error Messages and Auction and Mail messages moved to the combat window.
-Tourney rapid-barking should be gone now.

-The Mutant and Biomek custom 2-wheel tires that were previously dropping for only Humans have been fixed to be the appropriate race. Humans were getting all three race's 2-wheel custom tires. This has been corrected. So yes, it is possible that some Humans are in possession of the misplaced tires.
