World Of Warcraft: Paid Character Transfer disabled

Aeus from Warcraft Europe tells us this:

During a routine check we discovered a technical issue with the final step of the Paid Character Transfer process, which was preventing players from completing the move of their character (s).

In order to resolve this we have turned off the Paid Character Transfer service until further notice.

We expect to have this resolved by Friday afternoon and will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: this issue has been fixed according to Blizzard
