Differences between Templar and Shaman?

Jayde stopped by the official forums today to help clear up some differences between the Dark Templar and the Bear Shaman.

Dark Templar is more of a tanking hybrid class, whereas the Bear Shaman is more DPS-oriented with slightly better heals. All of the Soldier classes are capable of tanking fairly well, whereas the Bear Shaman and Druid of the Storm are what we would call "75% healers."
