Report: ArenaNet Announced Guild Wars 2 & Expansion?

The suspiciously named "The Inquirer" is reporting that ArenaNet has plans for an actual expansion pack and Guild Wars sequel. In ArenaNet land it is impossible to tell what this may mean since their previous "sequels" were what most would call expansion packs. Anyway, it's all very complicated, but the gist of the story is that fans can expect a cheaper add-on called "Eye of the North" in Q3 that requires a previous version to play.

The team is also working on Guild Wars 2 for a 2009-10 time frame.

If all this is true, and despite the site's name it doesn't seem impossible, then that marks a return to traditional branding of their new content.
