Funcom Leaving the Offline Business

1UP is reporting that Funcom will no longer make single-player games. This does not necessarily mean MMOs only, but that single player titles like their previous forays into adventure gaming, are unlikely to repeat in the future.

ust a couple of weeks after announcing Dreamfall Chapters and hinting at an eventual MMO extension of the Longest Journey universe, Adventure Gamers brings us the news that Funcom has decided to stop producing what they're calling "traditional" offline games. This news comes from the Norwegian newspaper E24.
