Vanguard: Hope for 8800GTX users

A fellow player, noneother222 dropped by the Vanguard support forums with a ray of hope for 8800GTX users playing Vanguard.

There were some interesting things to note while testing which may help understand why some people are getting more FPS using similar setups. At first glance they don't seem like it would matter much, but when combined the result did make a difference FPS wise, especially in heavier populated areas.
