Lineage 2: Public Test Server Reminder

A small reminder from Mistryl on the official forums regarding character creation and the PTS.

Mistryl:
Characters created on the Interlude test server after 4:00 PM CDT on Thursday, March 22, will no longer be given the level 77, SP, and adena boost -- so make your character on the PTS now!
