Playstation 3's 20GB Version Gets Harder To Buy

| 20 Mar 2007 17:38

Joystiq (by way of DailyTech) has a report that BestBuy has decided to stop stocking 20GB Playstation 3s. The move, which does not mean they are no longer available, follows recent trans that according to Sony have seen retailers ordering as many as four 60GB versions for every cheaper 20GB model.

While the move does not mean that the smaller and cheaper consoles are no longer available, it effectively widens the price gap even further. The 60GB Playstation 3 costs $599, $100 more than the 20GB version.
