We are proud to announce that with the launch of Open Beta for The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar, In-Game Support is officially live and available for 24 hour, 7 day support. You can access our FAQ, submit a help request, review previously submitted help requests, and report a bug from the HELP option available in the Main Menu.
In addition, both the Account Management and Technical Support Teams will be available 7 days a week from Noon - 10:00pm EDT for phone, email, and chat coverage.
This extended coverage will begin Friday, March 30th at 12:00PM EDT. Please visit http://support.turbine.com to view our Knowledge Base and/or submit an email request.
