Eidos Delay of PS3 Titles Hurts the Console?

Eidos recently announced that they would not ship any PlayStation 3 titles until 2008. Arstechnica.com has an insightful article on what this may mean for the console just as it looked poised to turn the corner.

However, the company still isn't completely out of the woods yet-especially not after the recent announcement on the part of Eidos stating that most PS3 titles would be held back until 2008 due to the lack of a solid installed base.
