World Of Warcraft: Gear Matching for BG

I'd just like to know if we can still expect Gear Matching in the future or if this is just something that sounded good at the time and has been quietly swept under the rug.

The matching system is currently on schedule for the next major content patch. As anything, that is of course subject to change, but we're doing what we can to ensure it's release.

Then another played named Gorecki from the Ravenholdt Realm stated

Besides, I thought the twink mantra was 'Twinks want to fight other Twinks'.

And Drysc replied again with

The good ones yes, and there are quite a few which will appreciate this change. The others, well - "Some of them act badly because they've had a hard life, or have been mistreated, but ... some of them are just jerks."
