Embattled publisher Take-Two Interactive now has an SEC investigation to add to their list of headaches. The developer, who most notably got in a lot of trouble when for Grand Theft Auto III, has had some well documented accounting problems and now the Securities and Exchange Commission has turned an eye on them.
