Furcadia got an honorable mention in the Best Indie Game category of our 2006 awards thanks to a vote from JR Sutich, but today a press release touts some of the impressive numbers for this 10 year old MMORPG. According to the release the game still has 60,000 active players and roughly 5,000 concurrent users. They don't seem to be announcing something special, but given the age of this product, any news is good news.
