SOE has hired David Christianson as their new VP of Business Development and International Operations. Big deal, right? Well, Mr. Christianson previously served as the VP of Business Development for IGE, the gold farming/selling corporation that draws the ire of many gamers. What will this deal mean for SOE, likely nothing evil, but it does make a good headline!

David Christianson, former Vice President of Business Development for IGE, will now be the Vice President of Business Development & International Operations for Sony Online Entertainment. In this newly created role, Christensen will be responsible for generating strategic global growth opportunities and securing key business alliances for SOE, with an emphasis on the European and Asian markets.
