Vanguard: My mouth be dry, Bartender get me a drink!

Steve Williams Game Designer/Diplomacy Lead aka Aruspex dropped by the Vanguard tact forums to let us in on what the bartenders in Telon are serving these days.

The big new piece of content is the bartender parleys. Diplomats can get free Riftway Shards from these parleys, which will translate into a significant savings in cash if you use these parleys as your primary source for these shards.

Further, you can earn free food, drinks, including special "fun" drinks which give you the ability to do things like sit down, etc.
