Final Fantasy: Registration Server Technical Difficulties

For those who are wondering what's happening with the POL Registration servers, here's the latest news. Looks like a fix is on the way.

We would like to inform you of our most current update with the registration server technical difficulties.

Our technicians have determined the cause, and they are working hard to resolve the issue. Currently, we do not have a completion time for the recovery operations and the recovery operation may require additional time. We will issue a new update when information becomes available.

Due to these technical difficulties, Information Center is still unable to provide the following services.

- Reissue PlayOnline passwords
- Cancel PlayOnline accounts
- Other processes that require confirmation of customer information

If you need assistance with any of the above, please contact the PlayOnline Information Center after the issue is addressed.
