According to this forum post, the NWN 2/Bioware site will offline all day on Sunday:

BioWare's websites and forums, and the Master Server and Online Authentication for NWN1 and NWN2 will be offline from Sunday, April 29 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT as we perform network maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience.
