World Of Warcraft: World of Warcraft Launcher Update

Drysc, tells us they have updated their Launcher to check for patches:

The World of Warcraft Launcher is receiving an update today that will allow it to check your current game version and download the latest patch if one is available, without needing you to log in to the game. For those of you who don't use the Launcher the game will still check as it always has when you log in.
