Patience has let us know that the servers will be coming down tomorrow for a patch:

The LOTRO game servers will be brought down on Wednesday, May 9 from 6:00AM - 1:00PM for a patch to the game. Additionally, during this time we will be performing server-side diagnostics and maintenance.

The patch will fix the following issue:

- The "Fresh Steeds for Bree" quest will now complete normally.
