Star Wars Galaxies: New Mounts

Loche has been busy in his secret lab on TC Prime:

Just thought I would share some of the new mounts. I will be riding mine on TCPrime shortly.

Loche confirmed that these mounts - while clearly a Graul and a Rancor, animals which can't be sampled for DNA - are in fact the result of mutations. He wouldn't say what kind of DNA he started with, adding " I want them to remain rare. So I will still only pass on the same hint we have been giving. The key is in the colors."

Later, Loche added this: "I also should point out that if you are a vet, and have Rancors/Grauls in your datapad, you can have one as soon as it is converted via incubation. You just convert your old PCD into a "stuffed" verison (Looks just like the old BE deeds). Then extract its DNA. Use that DNA in an incubator, and 3 sessions later you have a rancor. If you take the expertise to train mounts, you can train it as a mount. Everyone else has to get a rancor via mutation."
