Q) My brother and I got into a little bit of an argument tonight about endurance and its relation to power. He says that if you have endurance, any at all, the amount of power you use to cast spells is reduced. I say that isn't the way it was designed, it was to prevent casters from being able to nuke till a melee got to them and then sprint away to nuke again. Neither of us will move on the matter, so I figured what better way to find out then ask the makers themselves! Can you offer any info on the matter?
Q) Is the Battlemaster ML ability Bodyguard intended to block arrows? How about the shield spec ability Guard? I was RvRing last night and was attacked by 3 Scouts while I had a Hero bodyguarding and guarding me and every arrow hit. Now I know it has limitations to how close the bodyguarder has to be, but he was /stuck to me and I wasn't moving as I was trying to cast a crystal titan. I wish I would have grabbed a screenshot of the log but so much scrolled by I never got a chance too and then I forgot by night's end. Can I get some clarification on this?
Q) Will BPs ever be awarded in battlegrounds?
Q) I realize the Master Level mobs/encounters have been reduced in difficulty, but wasn't one of the main reasons these zones hadn't been clustered yet was due to Artifact mob/encounter spawn rates? If something wasn't up on one server, chances were pretty good it was up on one of the others in the cluster. Will there be an increase in the spawn frequency for these mobs as well (for the benefit of those who don't have enough BPs to simply buy the encounter credit)?
Q) Hail, I was wondering if there where any Plans to go over Mainland Bosses and re-do there loot or how there enchanters happen? I know a lot of bosses have had some changes, but not all; such as the Melancholy Fairy Queen and others. My main reason for asking is because the queen has some items I would like to have for emotional value, but no one ever wants to go kill her.
Q) Why aren't the free armor with heal/power charges from the class trainers tradable? For example, I have a level 24 BM made exclusively for the Bg1 for well over a year now and have gained a lot of kills. But when I made it, the free armor was pathetic and didn't have the charges so I deleted it a long time ago. So there's no way at the moment for me to get the level 22 vest with the 20% heal charge without making a new BM and losing all of my kill stats. Since there's a equip timer requirement on the item already, I don't see why Mythic won't make them tradable as no one can *transfer* multiple suits and spam the charges.
Q) In a recent grab bag this question came up about power regen bonuses.
Q) Is the power regen on Eerie Darkness Stone and the power regen on Erinys Charm supposed to stack or not? Eerie Darkness Stone necklace applies +2 to Power Regen; Erinys Charm also applies +2 to Power Regen, are the two supposed to stack or only coexist?
Q) What exactly do the "% Defensive Bonus (PvE)" and "% Piece Ablative (PvE)" on Catacombs items do?
Q) I've been playing around on the test servers for the past few days, and I'm just wondering if Afrit, Master Afrit, and Elementals spawn underwater. Such as Mesothalassa, Boreal, etc. I've searched all around Meso with no luck and I'm just curious if they are land spawning only mobs.
