Star Wars Galaxies: Update on Server Full Messages

Some have complained about not being able to create a character on X server. Mainly Starsider. Dont feel bad cause I and a few others have the same issues. However Holocron posted about the issue here to explain what is going on.

Another cap is set even lower than that, and it prevents new character creation. This is so that people who are already established on a server do not get blocked from that server when they are trying to log in."
